Rosemary sosaties – Piquant snack ready in a jiffy

Looking for a quick and easy savoury snack to serve to your guests? Try these piquant rosemary sosaties. These inventive little bites are simple to prepare and are a taste sensation thanks to the rosemary sticks.

Instead of using traditional sosaties sticks, get some long rosemary sticks. Thread the Texan beef cubes and other ingredients onto the rosemary sticks and grill on a hot plate. Using rosemary sticks will ensure an incredible infusion of flavours takes place during the cooking time.

Preparing these rosemary sosaties will take only about 30 minutes of your time but you still need to plan a bit ahead. For the ultimate taste bud experience, you need to marinate the beef cubes overnight in Prego sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe serves six people. However, if you invite people with a large appetite, maybe double up on this recipe to ensure everyone gets a good taste of this savoury bite.
