The encounter will take place at Loftus Versveld Stadium in Tshwane.
This after the public broadcaster’s decision to shift their weekend’s programmes to accommodate the titanic clash.

In a statement released on Thursday, SABC Sport confirmed that the encounter will be shown LIVE on the most-watched free-to-air channel.
The news will come as a major relief to the majority of both Sundowns and Chiefs supporters who rely on the SABC for sport.

Previously, SABC 1 was unable to broadcast matches that are outside the 15:00-17:00 slot allocated for sport on their channel.
However, their ability to broadcast a 17:00 match will no doubt be welcomed by millions of football supporters, especially those who had already lost faith in the SABC.

The clash will be a repeat of the MTN8 match that took place earlier this season where Sundowns beat Chiefs 2-1 in the penalty shootout following a 2-2 draw after 120 minutes of play.
