Recall that Charles Idibia came online to interfere in 2face and Annie’s Martial crisis on Friday Sep. 3rd, 2021. He shared how Annie maltreated the Idibia family and also how she & her mother uses ‘Juju’ to be in charge.
Well it seems the Macaulay brothers didn’t like the way 2face’s brother, Charly, brought their mother into Annie’s marital issue. Annie’s elder brother, Sylvester criticized Charles Idibia for disrespecting his mother. Sylvester, who lives in the States and does stay online, stated that when the issue was brought to his attention, he reached out to 2face’s mum through a voice note on WhatsApp to caution Charles and call for peace, but the old lady listened and blocked him instead.
Sylvester called 2face’s mother a bi*ch for supporting Charles Idibia and ignoring his message. He then demanded for an apology from Charly and gave a 24-hours ultimatum.
Annie’s other brother, Wisdom also took to his instagram page to condemn Charly’s action. Macaulay Wisdom shared that Charles shouldn’t have involved himself and dragged their mother into the matter on ground if he truly loves and respects 2face as he claimed.

If anyone is well-versed in kicking hornet nests, it’s Julius Malema. In a cryptic late-night Tweet, the EFF leader used the early hours of Monday morning to take a swipe at Jacob Zuma, his supporters, and even President Ramaphosa.
Juju was responding to the news that Zuma, who served nine years as SA’s president, will be freed from jail on medical parole. The decision has split opinion in Mzansi, and DA leader John Steenhuisen will launch a legal challenge. However, it would seem that the decision to discharge Msholozi under a watchful eye is secondary to Mr. Malema.
He was much more focused on how Zuma’s so-called fanatics ‘did not respond decisively’ to his arrest in July.
“Why are these trained fools getting ill-treated by a civilian with a history of being a sellout & comply? We celebrated clowns for too long as our liberators. Sies! You get jailed by a political sellout & you can’t respond decisively. We have celebrated mediocre for too long.”
Malema’s brief rant seems to disregard the wave of unrest that was partly inspired by instigators looking to disrupt the nation shortly after Zuma’s arrest. As far as the top Red Beret is concerned, however, protesters didn’t go far enough.
The 40-year-old political firebrand taunted uBaba for allowing a ‘sell-out president’ in Cyril Ramaphosa to oversee his arrest, and branded a number of struggle fighters associated with the MKMVA as ‘clowns’. Malema has previously called for Zuma to serve the rest of his prison sentence from home, but the fanfare is in short supply at EFF HQ.

Aditya Roy Kapur has created a stir with the recent announcement of joining the Hindi remake of Tamil hit Thadam. Now makers Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani have a brand new addition to the film. The young actress Mrunal Thakur has joined the team as the female lead opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. Having various remarkable characters to her name, this will be for the first time the actress will be seen playing a strong-headed cop. Based on true events, this yet to be titled thriller directed by Vardhan Ketkar will go on floors in October this year.
Talking about joining the team, Mrunal shares, "When I heard the story of the film, I instantly knew that I needed to be a part of this film. My character is very intriguing and playing a cop has been on my checklist. This will be a very distinct role from all the characters I have played till now and I am looking forward to audiences watching this one."
Bringing the young actress on board, producer Bhushan Kumar shares, "When Murad and I were discussing the cop's character, we instantly thought of Mrunal. She has chosen many interesting roles in her films and also stood out with her performances in them. We thought that she would be perfect for this character and we are glad she is equally excited to be a part of this."
Welcoming the new addition to the team, producer Murad Khetani shares, "We wanted someone who has a soft personality but could put on a strong face when needed. During my discussion with Bhushan, we instantly thought of Mrunal for the role. When we approached her with this character, she was excited and quickly came on board. We are looking forward to working with her."
Directed by Vardhan Ketkar, the film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios.
A startling report in the Economic Times BFSI.com claims the producers of the Amitabh Bachchan - Ranbir Kapoor - Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra, Fox Star Studios and Dharma Productions, have approached insurance companies with five large claims that accumulated to over Rs 50 crores.
The report then goes on to say, “The production is learnt to have been insured for over Rs 400 crore, which could be the total cost of the movie. While few production houses can claim insurance over pandemic-hit delays, Brahmastra has faced trouble much before that. One of the insurance claims is learnt to have been over unexpected delays due to the movie’s lead actor Alia Bhatt’s illness in 2019.”
However, when I contacted Karan Johar about the above story his categorical reply was “NOT TRUE AT ALL” in bold letters. Strange that even reputed non-entertainment sectors of the media have begun to resort to highly speculative reportage.
On Friday, Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Priyamani started shooting for Tamil director Atlee's upcoming pan India film in Pune. The yet untitled film is said to be an action packed thriller with Shah Rukh Khan in a double role. And now, we have an exclusive scoop on the film.
"It's a typical Atlee film with all the commercial trappings in the screenplay. While there are ample twists and turns in the narrative, one of the sub-plots is inspired by Money Heist. In a key juncture, the negative character of SRK assembles a team and organises the biggest bank heist one has ever heard off. The character on other side of law is essentially a robber by profession, but with a strong backstory," a source told Bollywood Hungama.
It's this track which sets the tone of the film and results in a face-off between the two characters of Shah Rukh Khan, the second being that of a cop/special agent. "There are many other facets to the screenplay of Atlee's next and the heist is just tip of the iceberg in terms of surprise elements. Get ready to witness the biggest Masala entertainers in today's time," the source further told us. The entire screenplay has been developed by Atlee himself with his team of writers. The creative team of Red Chillies too was involved closely in the script development process.
The movie also stars Sunil Grover in a pivotal role; however, his character details have been kept under wraps. Interestingly, SRK's Red Chillies at one point in time was toying with the idea of remaking Money Heist in Hindi in collaboration with Netflix. After multiple script development sessions, the idea was dropped as the outcome was not so satisfying. However, it seems that one of the subplots from that version of script has found a place in Atlee's next. And well, we can't wait to see SRK bring in his own spin to the character of Professor!

Netflix has confirmed the October 15th release date for South Korean drama My Name with the release of its teaser poster. My Name is about A revenge-driven woman who joins a crime ring and becomes an undercover police officer in order to find her father's killer. Director Kim Jin-min has previously teamed up with Netflix for his much acclaimed Extracurricular, an unconventional story about the darker side of high school teens. My Name, his much anticipated second collaboration with Netflix, makes its appearance with the unveiling of its teaser poster.
The teaser poster reveals a gripping copy that reads: “No one can know. My enemy, my revenge.” It is accompanied by the haunting image of Han So-hee, the likes of which viewers have never seen before. Her portrayal of Jiwoo in My Name takes a 180-degree turn from her other well-known characters as Yeo Da-gyeong in The World of the Married and Yu Na-bi in Nevertheless,. In the poster, she is standing in a dark alleyway with deep scratches on her face and a gleaming dagger in her blood-stained hand, looking as if she had just survived fierce combat. Han So-hee, who performed the difficult action scenes herself, is convincing as Jiwoo, a woman who willingly enters a criminal underworld to avenge her father’s murder and becomes a mole in the police force using an alias. She’ll stop at nothing for revenge and comes face-to-face with brutal truths.
Director Kim Jin-min, with his keen instinct for suspense, weaves a rich and dramatic storyline with Jiwoo and the other fascinating characters played by Park Hee-soon and Ahn Bo-hyun. My Name promises to be a gratifying action noir film with a tightly woven plot and thrilling suspense.
My Name will be released on October 15th, only on Netflix.
